ARGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
We have to send the computer back to HP again! This is the third time it's been in for service in less than a year. The screen is so dark, even at the highest brightness, we can hardly see the screen and it flickers too. It's terrible. So needless to say, we haven't been blogging much lately and won't be blogging much until our computer issues are corrected. Boo-hoo!

That's HORRIBLE. Perhaps your HP is having the same problem that our Sony camera had: Faulty LCD. We had a dark, flickery, useless screen ... as soon as it was replaced, the camera worked marvelously. Maybe computers can have the same problem?

I'm sorry to hear about your HP!! Computer problems are so frustrating. :(
There were some advantages to my stint as a Borg. I could easily fix computers and such... ah well. I hope the mere mortals get yours fixed up.
After three times I thinks they should just get you a new computer!
