Mickey Cookies!

When I found these cookies on Pinterest, I just knew I HAD to make them for my Mom.  So I saved them for Christmas as a special treat.  I carefully followed the steps here and I even used their sugar cookie recipe.  It turned out right on, but they were a lot of work.  I'm used to the easy just cut the log or drop spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and these were definitely not that.  But then that's what makes them special.
