Fun Card Inspired by Jamie Lane of Bits of Paper

I just loved the card I found on Jamie Lane's Bits of Paper blog last week.  It was so cute that I just had to lift it for my own.  I used the Silhouette Design Studio to print the wording using  CK Little Women (Celebrate) and Courier (Woo Hoo.) and then cut the ribbon and its shadow.  I also made the little scalloped border in vellum below the ribbon (but it's not all that noticable in the picture unless you really look for it).  The printed paper is from Echo Park's Walk in the Park line.   I added a little baker's twine from Queen and Company and used scraps of pink and brown from my scraps bin.  Super simple!
