The Sky's the Limit - Inspired by Watercolor for Card Makers

I found yet another panel I created while taking onlinecardclasses.com's Watercolor for Card Makers.  I had used stamps from Lawn Fawn's set Blue Skies to stamp the scene, then colored it with my watercolors from Michaels.  It seemed a little flat, so I added some Wink of Stella to the balloons (have you noticed that Wink of Stella seems be to "the thing" that people are adding when a card needs "a little something?").  Well, I still thought it needed something so I added Glossy Accents on top of that and then set it aside for a long time to dry.  The finished card is just what I was hoping for, shimmery and shiny!
