I'm really happy with my craft room except for one area... I have this corner where things were just stacked on top of one another. Every time I needed an envelope, I had to dig out the box. Plus, it just looked messy. So I resolved to do something to make that corner work. I had just the idea too. Hubby wanted these steel shelving units for the garage and when he had them in place, I thought one would be perfect for my craft room and now that I have it in place, it's just what I was hoping for.
But next I had to figure out how to organize the cards I have on hand. I had been using a snap together box, but it wasn't really working for me. But then I realized that these baskets are the perfect size to hold a traditional book style A2 card.
Great, so now I have baskets, but I still needed to do one more thing: sort the cards by occasion. Here's where my handy Dymo label machine came in handy. Now I have a system that really works.

If you saw my room, you would think I'm sinful for all the STUFF I have. Your organization is WONDERFUL! I made dividers too but with cereal boxes cut up and just wrote in magic marker...yours is so much prettier!!!
