Sometimes inspiration comes along to transform something we see to another medium. For instance, I was looking at the blogs when I saw this adorable altered frame on the Quick Quotes blog. I loved the frame and immediately thought of it in a card form. So I played in the Silhouette Design Studio creating squares and rectangles, then filling them with flourishes, words and flowers. I selected a very neutral background using a sheet from the Lemon Flower stack from DCWV. Although the frame took me a while to build, once done, the card went together in a snap.
Next time, I think it's time to fill the flourishes, flower and words with color and patterns maybe.
