Happy holidays to all our friends in the blogosphere. We've had a lovely Christmas here. DaisyMae Maus sent us a new catnip banana and catnip toy along with Temptations! Mommy loved her duck and new pin. Thank you very much. Our Christmas present from Mommy and Daddy is that they are finally going to set up the new fish tank downstairs with fish!

In the meantime, we had to settle with playing with the paper and ribbons. Chewie was the best present of all.

And for all of you who asked, Mommy and Daddy sent Sammy home to his family not quite two weeks ago. They aren't sad about it all, but are happy for the time they got to spoil Sammy. Now they get to spoil us more...

Sammy Saturday

Well our time with Sammy is winding down. His mommy and daddy are moving into their new home this week and we're sure they're going to come get Sammy soon. Our mommy and daddy are secretly thinking about sending Cha-Ching with them and keeping Sammy since Cha-Ching doesn't like Mommy and Daddy much. Hmm. Do you think Sammy's mommy and daddy would notice the difference?

On another note, Daddy took Mommy on a date last night with Daddy's brother and his wife (mommy's best friend). They had a lovely dinner and then saw the movie The Day the Earth Stood Still. Mommy said it was like the earth had sat still because it was the worst movie she's ever seen and she thought it was never going to end. The only bright point was that when it was over the girls ditched the boys and went to see Twilight while they saw Punisher. That's the third time Mommy has seen Twilight and she's ready to go again.
