Mouse, squirrel, bird oh my!

Well in the last four days, Mommy and Daddy have had to deal with the remains of two mice (one live one), a squirrel!!!!, and a bird. Chewie the huntress strikes again! What you can't see in this picture is that Mommy put a pretty pink collar with a LOUD bell on it on her tonight. Perhaps now the neighborhood prey, I mean wildlife, will have a fighting chance at survival from this cunning huntress (black widow). We're pretty sure she had invited the squirrel over to prey, I mean play.

Rescue Me

Chewie is completely fearless, about finding trouble that is. The humans were out painting the house when Chewie decided that she needed to check out the ladders and scaffolding too. So she climbed the ladder...

And stepped off on the scaffolding...

But immediately decided that she wasn't coming down without help, so she cried for Daddy. Daddy handed over the camera to Mommy (who doesn't do ladders) and Daddy started the rescue operation...

We're happy to report that Chewie is back on solid ground (and the humans don't store the ladders against the wall anymore).

What?!?

I'm not doing anything! I swear.

Cha-ching finds the catnip

Today we discovered that Zoey isn't the only one who loves the catnip. Cha-Ching took over her spot. Of course, he wouldn't let Mommy and Daddy get close enough to get a close-up picture.
